Return Policy

We will always try our best to meet the demands of all the customers. Whenever a dispute comes up , we are willing to handle it properly with you. Here are the situations that may cause disputes:

Unsuccessful delivery

1. Returned items must be unworn, uncut, un dyed,unwashed and un-styled (free of any stains from makeup, deodorant with gifts and product package attached. Defective items must be reported by emailing us within 7 days of receipt. If not reported, we will not issue refund. If you believe you have received an incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your package at: info@tullihair.com

2. Please contact the shipping providers concerning any lost packages, we are unable to take responsibility.

3. If the parcel is delivered unsuccessfully because of wrong address offered by buyer. We are not responsible for any loss caused.

4. If you want to return an item due to faulty send us an email to info@tullihair.com with your order number entitled, we will offer you the return address.

5. Damaged items are ineligible for return.

6. We have a small handling fee that we take on the total refund to be returned back to you.
